摘　　要：目的:分析中医类别医师资格考试医学综合笔试考试成绩,了解参加中医类别考试考生成绩情况,分析其难点与考生通过情况,为更好的测量和培养中医药临床工作人才所具有的基础理论、专业知识和临床思维能力提供理论依据。方法:以参加某年中医类别医师资格考试4个中医专业(140、150、240、250)的96,538名考生为研究对象。运用SPSS统计软件中的散点图、相关分析中的逐步检验法等来分析考试总分与考试类别、考区、考点以及各学科之间的关系。结果:考生考试总分与考试类别、考点、考区没有关系,与4个专业的一级学科相关,其中临床知识影响程度最高为0.444,在临床知识下的二级学科下:140/240中的中医内科学的影响程度最高为0.411,150/250中的中西医结合内科学影响程度最高为0.730。结论:为了培养高质量的中医药人才,中医类别医学资格考试对考生中医专业综合笔试中各模块掌握率有一定比例。Objective:To analyze the test score report of TCM practitioners qualification examination,to understand the score of the examinees for the examination of TCM,and to analyze the difficulty and pass of the examinees,so as to provide theoretical basis for the better measurement and training of the basic theory, professional knowledge and clinical thinking ability of TCM clinical personnel.Methods:A total of 96,538 candidates from 4 Chinese medicine majors (140,150,240,250) were studied.SPSS statistical software was used to analyze the relationship of test scores to test categories,test areas,test sites and various disciplines.Results: There was no correlation between the total score of the examinee and parameters,including test category,test site and test area.Clinical knowledge has the highest influence degree of 0.444,and in the second-level discipline under clinical knowledge,the impact degree of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in 140/240 is the highest of 0.411,while that in 150/250 is the highest of 0.730.Conclusion:In order to cultivate high-quality TCM talents,the TCM practitioner qualification examination has a certain proportion Of the module mastering rate of the examinees.
