摘　　要：目的:HPLC法分析干燥方式与温度对盆炎灵颗粒中主要有效成分含量的影响。方法:色谱柱为Agilent TC-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流速:1.0 mL/min;流动相A:乙腈,流动相B:0.2%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,柱温:25℃。采用真空干燥(75℃)与冷冻干燥两种干燥方法进行对比,同时以真空干燥中的60℃、75℃、90℃干燥盆炎灵提取液,分析样品中8种主要有效成分的含量。结果:真空干燥(75℃)与冷冻干燥对盆炎灵颗粒中主要有效成分影响无明显差别。真空干燥的方式中60℃与75℃对盆炎灵颗粒中主要有效成分无明显影响,而90℃显著降低盆炎灵颗粒中阿魏酸、延胡索乙素与丹酚酸B含量。结论:在盆炎灵颗粒的生产工艺中须避免高温,最佳干燥方式为真空干燥,最适宜温度为75℃。Objective:To investigate the effect of drying methods and temperature on contents of main components in Penyanling granules by HPLC.Methods:Agilent TC-C18 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.2% phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution at 25 ℃.We compared vacuum drying(75 ℃) with freeze-drying,and 60 ℃,75 ℃,90 ℃(in vacuum drying) on contents of 8 main components of Penyanling granules by HPLC.Results:The effect of vacuum drying(75 ℃) and freeze-drying on the main components in Penyanling granule were no significantly difference.In vacuum drying,60 ℃ and 75 ℃ had no significantly effect for the main components in Penyanling granule,whereas 90 ℃ could significantly reduce the contents of ferulic acid,tetrahydropalmatine and salvianolic acid B in Penyanling granule.Conclusion:It is necessary to avoid high temperature in the process of producing the granules,and the best drying method is vacuum drying and the optimum temperature is 75 ℃.
