摘  要:在船舶轴系合理校中计算的基础上,提出一种考虑船体变形的轴系动态校中算法。通过研究船体变形对轴承相对位移的影响,结合轴系结构特点和船级社的相关统计规律,得到船体变形下轴承相对位移的数学表达式。将主机轴承脱空作为临界点,计算出轴系所能承受的最大船体变形,并以此确定轴承位移的安全余量。以176 000 DWT散货船为例,实现考虑船体变形的轴系动态校中,并验证了算法的准确性。On the basis of reasonable calculation of ship shafting,a shaft dynamic alignment algorithm considering hull deformation is proposed.By studying the effect of the hull deformation on the relative displacement of the bearing,combined with the characteristics of the shafting structure and the relevant statistics of the classification society,it obtains the mathematical expression of the relative displacement of the bearing under the hull deformation.Taking the main bearing as the critical point,it calculates the maximum hull deformation that the shaft system can bear,and determines the safety margin of the bearing displacement accordingly.Taking the 176000DWT bulk carrier as an example,the dynamic alignment of the shaft system considering the hull deformation is realized,and the accuracy of the algorithm is verified.
