摘　　要：中西医病证结合作为当代中医临床的主要诊疗模式,则病证关系自然就成了中医理论与临床研究的重要问题。通过从病证关系逻辑分析、同证异治研究问题探讨、"同病类证"概念辨析三方面对以往研究的梳理与分析,提出中西医病证关系,从逻辑学的角度推论,无非同病同证同治、同病异证异治、同病异证同治、异病异证异治、异病同证同治、异病同证异治6种组合情况。同证异治的关键是因疾病基本矛盾不同而采用不同治法,从证的层次分类论述同证异治的依据,是偷换概念的逻辑错误。"同病类证"的实质是病证逻辑关系中的同病异证同治,不能说是重要的理论创新。The relationship between diseases and syndromes is certainly a vital problem in the theoretical and clinical research of TCM since the combination of Chinese and western medicine syndrome is used as a main diagnosis and treatment mode in contemporary Chinese medicine clinical practice.Through an analysis of previous research,which mainly focused on three aspects including logical analysis on the relation between disease and syndrome,discussion on different treatment of same syndrome,and the analysis on analogous syndromes in the same disease,this study advanced that the relationship between diseases and syndromes covers Six situations,namely,the same disease with the same syndrome and treatment,the same disease with different syndrome and treatment,the same disease with different syndrome but the same treatment,different disease with different syndrome and different treatment,different disease with the same syndrome and treatment,different disease with the same syndrome but different treatment.The key of the same syndrome with different treatment is that different treating methods are applied due to the differences of the basic contradiction of diseases,so it is a logical mistake to illustrate the same syndrome with different treatment from the level of syndrome.Likewise,the essence of analogous syndromes in the same disease belongs to the situation of the same disease with different syndrome and treatment,therefore,it cannot be thought as an important theoretical innovation.
