运气学说应对疫病的历史经验及现实思考

摘　　要：运气学说是中医理论体系的重要组成部分,古今医家用其指导疫病防治已积累丰富的临床经验。《黄帝内经》运气七篇大论构建了运气学说的理论基础,宋金元时期对其研究日益增多。明清时期的温病学家则善用运气学说预测疫情,分析病证,并制定行之有效的经验方。新中国成立初期,亦有中医学者利用运气学说来指导疫病的预测、预防及治疗而屡获佳效。自2003年以来,运气学说在预测疫情、指导疫病的防治等方面均体现出重要价值。目前,运气学说的研究仍然存在诸多问题,我们应从提高其理论地位、推动其教学改革、加强其参与疫病防控体系构建等方面,进行多角度、多层次的系统研究,以期其能更好地指导中医理论研究及临床实践。Yunqi doctrine is an important part of Chinese medical theoretical system, ancient and modern physicians have accumulated rich clinical experience on guidingepidemic disease control. Chapter qi in the Huangdi Neijing established theoretical basis of Yunqi doctrine. During Song, Jin and Yuan dynasties, the research on it grew more and more. In Ming and Qing dynasties, experts in treating epidemic febrile diseases were good at predicting epidemics, analyzing disease, and creatingeffective recipes based on Yunqi doctrine. In early days of new China, it was reported that some scholars of Chinese medicine used the doctrine with superior results. Since 2003, Yunqi doctrine has showngreat value in predicting epidemics, guiding the prevention and control of epidemics. Now, there are still some problems in the study of this doctrine. For better guiding the theoretical research and clinical practice, it’s necessary to research on multi-angle, multi-aspect and multi-level, from improving the theoretical status, promoting the teaching reform and strengthening the participation in construction of the emergency system for epidemic disease.
