摘　　要：基于数据包络分析方法,对中国29个省份在2013年间的相关数据进行深入分析,全面的评估中国科技企业孵化器的效率。研究结果表明,中国的科技企业孵化器整体上发展迅速,但整体已经出现规模过大的迹象。同时,不同区域呈现出科技、人才及资金等资源投入不平衡、孵化器发展态势不一等特点。因此,将从国家及地方政府层面提供相应的政策建议。This paper aims to investigate the efficiency of science and technology( S&T) incubators based on the data sample of 29 provinces of China mainland in 2013,usingdata envelopment analysis( DEA) as the assessment tool. The empirical results show that the S&T incubators as a whole have developed rapidly. However,sign of over-size has emerged in several provinces. In the meantime,resources invested in science,technology and human resources,and capital of different regions are unbalanced. Furthermore,the development trend of incubators in different regions shows different characteristics. As a result,we put forward some policy suggestions from the perspective of central and local governments.
