创新协同育人机制,提升人才培养质量——以华南农业大学为例

摘　　要：为更好地满足产业转型升级和新兴产业发展的战略需求,华南农业大学针对国家和区域经济社会发展新态势,突出人才培养中心地位,以服务行业产业为导向,协同产业龙头企业,共同精准确定人才培养目标,致力于人才协同培养模式改革创新,形成了"理念引领、整体设计、制度保证、机制激励和开放共享"的人才协同培养的全链条保障机制,组建了"温氏班""阿里创新班""索菲亚班"等多种协同育人新模式,并取得显著成效。To better meet the strategic needs of industrial transformation and upgrading and emerging industries’ development,South China Agricultural University put the college students’ education in the core position,took service industry as the guidance,coordinatedwith leading enterprises of industry,precisely determined the education objective for college students,committed to the reform and innovation of college students’ collaborative education mode,formed the entire chain of guarantee mechanism known as "the idea of guiding,overall design,system guarantee,incentive mechanism,openness and sharing",established a series of cooperative education models,such as "Wen’s class", "Ali innovation class"and "Sophia class",andfinally achieved remarkable results.
