八味锡类散灌肠对溃疡性结肠炎疗效及免疫指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察对溃疡性结肠炎采取八味锡类散灌肠治疗的成效和对免疫指标的影响。方法:本次的58例研究对象均选自本院2017年1月～2018年1月接收的溃疡性结肠炎患者,随机分为观察组(n=29)和对照组(n=29)。对照组应用氧化可的松灌肠液进行治疗,观察组采用八味锡类散灌肠治疗,对两组治疗成效、免疫指标及不良反应等进行对比。结果:对照组总疗效为68.97%,明显低于观察组的96.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组结肠黏膜TLR4、MNF-KB水平显著降低,Occludin水平显著提升,观察组明显比对照组要高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外,观察组和对照组在不良反应发生率上,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对轻度、中度溃疡性结肠炎采取八味锡类散灌肠疗法,具有一定安全性,改善机体免疫指标和血清指标,治疗成效明显,具有较高的应用价值,值得推广。Objective:To observe the effect of eight flavour tin powder enema on ulcerative colitis patients and the influence on immune indexes. Methods:58 cases of ulcerative colitis received from our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(n=29)and the control group(n=29). The control group was treated with cortisone enema.The patients in the observation group were treated with eight kinds of Sn type enema, and the treatment effect, immune index and adverse reaction were compared in the two groups. Results:the total effect of the data in the control group was 68.97%, which was significantly lower than that of the observation group(96.55%), and the difference was established(P<0.05). After the treatment, the levels of TLR4 and MNF-KB in the colon mucosa of the two groups were significantly reduced, the level of Occludin increased significantly, while the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The difference between the observation group and the control group in the incidence of adverse reactions was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:the eight stannum type enema therapy for patients with mild and moderate ulcerative colitis has certain safety and effectiveness, and improves the immune index and serum index of the body. It has good therapeutic effect and is of high application value. It is worthy of further popularization and adoption.
