泌尿生殖道蛾蠓幼虫感染1例报道并分析

摘　　要：本文报道1例蛾蠓幼虫感染人体泌尿生殖道病例。运用传统的显微镜观察,根据虫体形态结合临床鉴定为蛾蠓幼虫。患者为蛾蠓幼虫污染内衣,导致病原侵入泌尿生殖道引起感染,产生相应的临床症状。结果表明,不良的卫生习惯及环境条件为蛾蠓幼虫感染人体提供了适应条件,为减少疾病,女性同志更应注重个人卫生和环境卫生。A case of Psychoda sp.infection was reported with epidemiological investigations.The case was confirmed by morphological characteristic of larva which came from samples from urogenital tract.The results showed that bad sanitary habits and environmental conditions could provide adaptive conditions for the infected human body,and personal and environmental hygiene should be paid more attention.
