浅谈国外桥梁评估规范现状

摘  要:在过去一段时间里,加拿大、美国、英国、丹麦和瑞士相继颁发了用于桥梁评估的新规范。实践证明,这些规范的颁发是正确的,因为它们对于那些不满足设计标准但仍能够承载的桥梁结构进行了保留。由于各个国家规范的成功实施,使得制定新的评估桥梁安全的欧洲规范成为可能。根据各种国家规范的实践和最新研究的经验,新的欧洲桥梁评估规范应包含以下几个要点:可以直接采用基于概率论方法的可能性;应包含结构系统的冗余度和鲁棒性标准;应包含特定条件下的活载情况和动力系数;应结合现场测量数据进行评估;应考虑活载测量结果。旨在解读现有欧洲规范在以上关键因素的处理方式,并为当前国内桥梁评估方法提供一定的参考。In the past time, the new norms used for the assessment of bridges have been issued in Canada,America, England, Denmark and Switzerland. The practices have proved that these norms are issued correctly because of preserving those bridge structures not satisfying the design standards and but still able to bear the load. Based on the practices of various national norms and the experience of the latest study, the new European bridge assessment norms should include the following essentials of the possibility able to directly adopt the methods based on the probability theory, the redundancy rate and robustness standard including the structure system, the live load situation and dynamic coefficient included under the specific condition, the assessment combined with the field measurement data, and the result considering the live load measurement.The aim is to understand the processing modes of the existing European norms on the above key factors, and to provide a certain reference for the bridge assessment methods in China now.
