摘 要:工程总承包管理模式有利于总承包单位全面统筹项目管理相关要素,通过对设计—采购—施工进行深度融合,促进科技创新与先进技术的应用,有利于将业主从频繁协调项目管理具体事务解放出来,回归投资方的角色,专注于工程建成后的运营管理以及新工程的前期筹划与开拓工作。超百万级大型水电站工程杨房沟水电站工程EPC总承包管理模式的实施标志着大型水电工程积极探索建设管理模式的迈进,给水电行业建设管理带来新的建设思路。The EPC model of project construction is conducive to EPC contractor to comprehensively coordinate relevant elements of project management.Through the deep integration of design-procurement-construction,this model can promote the technological innovation and the application of advanced technologies.Furthermore,the EPC model is conducive to the owners to emancipate from frequency project management and coordination and return to its own role as the investor to focus on the operation management of project and the development of new project.The application of EPC model in Yangfanggou Hydropower Station Project indicates that the construction and management model of large hydroelectric project has achieved great progress, which also provides new idea for the management of hydropower development.
