摘　　要：【目的/意义】以产业集群和企业内部资源研究为基础,从横向和纵向螺旋结合视角构建基于产业集群的企业知识创造模型,为提升知识创造绩效提供新视角。【方法/过程】通过对产业集群和知识创造模型的理论回顾,以影响知识创造的一体两翼因素框架为导向,结合产业集群内各行为主体对企业的作用机制,构建知识创造模型,提出保障措施。【结果/结论】知识创造不仅需要内部资源,而且需要外部环境的支撑。基于产业集群的知识创造模型包括横向螺旋和纵向螺旋两个维度,两种螺旋过程彼此协同,促进不同类型知识之间的相互转换,实现知识创造。[Purpose/significance]Based on the study of industrial cluster environment and enterprise internal resources, the enterprise knowledge creation model based on industrial cluster is constructed from the perspective of combination of horizontal and vertical spirals.[Method/process]Through review of industrial cluster and the knowledge creation,by taking the factor framework of the integral two wings of knowledge creation as the guidance and combining the action mechanism of each behavior subject in the industrial cluster on the enterprises,this paper builds the knowledge creation model and puts forward the supporting measures.[Result/conclusion]The results show that knowledge creation needs not only internal resources but also external environment.The spiral process of knowledge creation model based on industrial cluster is divided into two dimensions,one is horizontal spiral and the other is vertical spiral.The two spiral patterns cooperate with each other to promote the conversion of different types of knowledge and to realize knowledge creation.
