摘 要:十九大报告倡导人类命运共同体建设,表明中国在为实现"天下大同"的美好愿景而努力开拓。这就需要和而不同、兼收并蓄的文明交流,需要中西文化共同铸造新的国际关系理论。传统天下主义需要吸收西方国家主义注重现实的长处,与各种世界主义求同存异,重新阐释传统的天下大同思想。对天下大同之起点的重新阐释就是,天下乃天下人的天下,大同乃是爱的大同。在当今世界,中国倡导的人类命运共同体首先需要在此起点处凝聚中西文化的共识。The 19th Congress of Communist Party of China advocated the establishment of.a community with a shared future for mankind,which means that China will strive to realize a beautiful vision of "great harmony under heaven".This requires an interflow of different civilizations,a harmony in diversity,and demands a new theory of international relations jointly created by Chinese and Western cultures.The traditional principle of "under heaven"ought to absorb the advantage of emphasizing the reality of Western nationalism,seeking common points while preserving differences from various cosmopolitanisms. So,we have to re-interpret the traditional notion of the "great harmony under heaven",the starting point of which is that what is "under heaven"is for all human beings,and the "great harmony"is a kind of harmony of love.In today's world,the "community with a shared future for mankind"advocated by China should first of all fuse Chinese and Western cultures from this starting point.
