摘  要:苯酚为水处理中重要的控制的污染物,以柱形煤基活性炭吸附苯酚为研究对象,用SEM与EDS进行表征分析,利用热重-红外联用技术(TG-FTIR)研究了载苯酚活性炭的热解特性。结果表明,热解过程可以分为3个过程,(40~358℃)苯酚脱附反应,(358~513℃)苯酚热解反应,(513~1 200℃)苯酚裂解与缩合反应,热解失重阶段过程主要在130~885℃。在不同升温速率下,TG与DTG曲线走势一样,升温速率越小DTG的峰值出现前移。FTIR分析得出,热解的气体主要为CO_2、CO、H_2O,CO_2在799℃达到峰值,CO在968℃达到峰值,H_2O呈多阶段性。结合Flynm-Wall-Ozawa与Coats-Redfern两种方法对载苯酚活性炭的主要失重阶段进行热动力学分析,(130~358℃)表现为二维扩散D2,(358~513℃)表现为一级化学反应F1,(710~885℃)表现为随机成核与随后生长AE2,温度越高的阶段的反应活化能值也越大。Phenol is an important contaminant in water treatment.The adsorption of phenol on columnar coal-based activated carbon was studied.Characterization was performed using SEM and EDS,and pyrolysis was studied using TG-FTIR.The results showed that the pyrolysis process activated carbon can be divided into three processes,(40-358℃)phenol desorption reaction,(358- 513℃)phenol pyrolysis reaction,(513-1200℃)phenol pyrolysis and Condensation reaction,pyrolysis weight loss phase happened mainly in 130-885℃.At different heating rates,Trend TG and DTG curve is consistent,the smaller heating rate,the DTG peak forward.FTIR analysis showed that the pyrolysis gas was mainly CO2,CO,H2O,CO2 peak was at 799℃,the CO peaked was at 968℃ and the water was multi-staged.Thermodynamic analysis was performed on the major weight-loss phase of the phenol-loaded activated carbon in combination with the Flynm-Wall-Ozawa and the Coats-Redfern method.The performances were (130-358℃)showed,the dimensional diffusion D2,(358-513℃)showed a primary chemical reaction F1,(710-885℃)showed random nucleation and subsequent growth of AE2.The higher of the temperature,the higher for the activation energy value.
