摘 要:描述了基于AlGaN日盲紫外焦平面成像系统的硬件和软件设计,实现了对320×256阵列的AlGaN日盲紫外焦平面探测器输出信号的采集、图像处理和成像显示,针对紫外焦平面阵列(UVFPA)器件响应不均匀性,以及容易产生条纹状固定图形背景的问题,以FPGA为硬件平台,研究了紫外图像的非均匀性校正算法,实现了紫外图像的实时非均匀性校正。经实时的紫外图像处理实验对比与分析表明,该算法有效地提高了图像质量,非均匀性从9.609%降到了4.642%。从实时的紫外图像处理结果来看,成像处理系统完成了图像采集、处理,以及成像显示,并取得了良好的成像效果。The hardware and software design of the ultraviolet imaging system based on solar-blind AlGaN focal plane arrays are described.The acquisition,image processing and imaging display of the output signal of the 320×256 solarblind AlGaN focal plane arrays are realized.A real-time non-uniformity correction(NUC)algorithm is proposed generated by non-uniformity response from the ultraviolet focal plane arrays(UVFPA)and the strip-type fixed pattern noise.The real-time non-uniformity correction of ultraviolet image is realized by using FPGA as the hardware platform.The experimental comparison and analysis indicate that the algorithm can effectively improve image quality and the non-uniformity dropped from 9.609%to 4.642%.According to the result of the real-time ultraviolet image processing,the imaging processing system has completed the acquisition,image processing and imaging display,and good image quality has been achieved.
