摘  要:以桉木纤维及三聚氰胺改性脲醛树脂胶黏剂为基体,分别添加日本SR-A-103与MKT104复配型防霉剂、水杨酰苯胺与多菌灵复配型防霉剂以及对枯基苯酚,制备防霉中密度纤维板(MDF),探究防霉剂对中密度纤维板物理力学及防霉性能的影响。结果表明,当SR-A-103与MKT104复配型防霉剂添加比例为1%、水杨酰苯胺与多菌灵复配型防霉剂添加比例为5.5%、对枯基苯酚的添加比例为2.5%时,制备的防霉MDF物理力学性能指标均可达到潮湿状态下使用的家具型MDF质量标准,其中静曲强度、弹性模量和内结合强度可以达到高湿状态下使用的家具型MDF质量标准。所制备的3种防霉MDF对黑曲霉和绿色木霉的防治效力均可达100%。Mildew-proof MDF was prepared using Eucalyptus fiber and melamine modified urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive as substrate,adding agents including:SR-A-103 and MKT104 complex type antiplifying agent from Japan,salicylanilide and carbendazim,and p-cumylphenol.The effects of anti-mold agent on the physical and mechanical properties of mildew-proof MDF were examined.Results indicated that the optimal ratio of SR-A-103 and MKT104 compound type fungicide was 1%,the salicylanilide and carbendazim compound type mildew ratio was 5.5%,and the ratio for P-cumylphenol was 2.5%;the mechanical properties of mildew-proof MDF were reached the quafity standard of furniture MDF used in wet condition,and the static bending strength,elastic modulus,and internal bonding strength met the quality standard of furniture MDF used in high humidity.Mildew-proof MDF with three antifungal agents was 100% effective in controlling AspergiUus niger and Trichoderma viride.
