摘 要:采用浸渍胶膜纸、碳纤维纸及三聚氰胺树脂胶膜叠层对纤维板进行热压贴面,通过正交试验分析探讨贴面工艺对饰面纤维板力学性能的影响,以优化提高饰面性能。结果表明,胶膜层数和热压时间是表面胶合强度和内结合强度的主要影响因子,而影响静曲强度的则是胶膜层数和单位压力;将碳纤维纸嵌入饰面层中后,饰面纤维板性能均得到提高,其中静曲强度最高提升了37%,均高于GB/T 15102—2017标准要求;较优工艺为单位压力1.6 MPa、压板温度180℃、2层胶膜、热压时间90 s/mm。Impregnated paper,carbon fiber paper and melamine resin adhesive film was laminate to coat on fiberboard by hot press,and influence of overlaying process on mechanical properties of the coated fiberboard was discussed by orthogonal experiment for optimizing and improving its performance.The results show that the number of film layers and hot pressing time me the main factors influencing the surface bonding strength and internal bonding strength (IB),while the main factors affecting the modulus of top,re (MOR)is the number of film layers and unit pressure.The properties of the coated fiberboard can be improved by embedding carbon fiber paper into the veneer layer,which is higher than'the GB/T15102-2017standard,and especially the MOR increase by 37%about.The optimum conditions as follows:unit pressure of 1.6 MPa,plate temperature of 180℃,2-1ayer adhesive fflm and hot pressing time of 90s/mm.
