摘 要:水土资源生态安全是人类社会可持续发展的长久保障。基于资源环境与社会经济两方面对DPSIR模型进行改进,针对水土资源系统的不确定性,将灰色关联法与组合赋权法结合对水土资源生态安全进行评价及分析,并通过障碍度确定影响生态安全的主要指标。以粮食主产区黑龙江省2003—2015年数据为例,水土资源生态安全指数呈先下降后上升的状态,其安全等级从Ⅳ级降低到Ⅲ级、再增长到Ⅳ级;压力指数增长显著,驱动力指数与状态指数呈下降趋势,水土资源生态安全指数与资源环境指数有较高的一致性。在水土资源生态安全指数下降年份进行障碍度分析,发现资源环境中水资源开发利用率、土地垦殖比例与社会经济中的GDP增长率的影响显著。The ecological security of soil and water resources is the long-term guarantee for the sustainable development of human society.In this paper,the DPSIR model was improved from aspects of resource environment and social economy,and in view of the uncertainty of soil and water resources system,the grey correlation method and combination weighting were combined to make evaluation and analysis of ecological safety of water and soil resources,and the main indicators affecting the ecological security were determined by the obstacle degree.Taking the 2003--2015data of the major grain producing areas, Heilongjiang Province for example,the evaluation result indicated that ecological security index of water and soil resources showed decrease first and then increase,and its level of security fell from level IV to level Ⅲ and then increased to level Ⅳ. The pressure index increased significantly,the driving force index and the state index showed a trend of decrease,and the ecological safety index of soil and water resources was highly consistent with the resource environment index.When making analysis of obstacle degree in years with decrease of ecological security index of water and soil resources,the results showed that the development and utilization rate of water resources,land reclamation rate and GDP growth rate in social economy had key influence on resource environment.
