摘  要:目的探讨经皮椎体成形术(PVP)联合射频消融术(RFA)治疗腰椎转移癌的效果。方法以我院2016年5月至2018年2月收治的17例腰椎转移性肿瘤患者为观察对象,给予所有患者PVP联合RFA治疗,并在术后跟踪观察4-10周,分析疗效。结果所有患者均治愈出院,共2例出现骨水泥渗漏,1例发生神经受压症状,经对症治疗后恢复,并为影响整体治疗效果;经术后跟踪调查,患者疼痛程度均得到显著缓解,用药剂量也明显减少,无术后并发症出现。结论通过PVP+RFA治疗可有效减轻腰椎转移癌患者疼痛程度及用药剂量,并能有效预防并发症反生,临床效果显著。Objective to investigate the effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP)combined with radiofrequency ablation (RFA)in the treatment of lumbar metastatic carcinoma.Methods 17cases of lumbar metastatic tumors admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to February 2018 were treated as objects,all patients were treated with PVP combined with RFA,followed up for 4-10weeks after surgery,and the efficacy was analyzed.Results all patients were cured and discharged,a total of 2 cases of bone cement leakage,1cases of nerve compression symptoms, after symptomatic treatment recovery,has not affected the overall treatment effect.After the follow-up investigation, the pain degree of patients was significantly relieved,the dosage of medication was also significantly reduced,no postoperative complications appeared.Conclusion PVP and RFA treatment can effectively alleviate the pain degree and dosage of patients with lumbar metastatic carcinoma,and can effectively prevent the complication,and the clinical effect is significant.
