摘　　要：随着社会的不断进步发展,人类对于健康的追求日益强烈,养生保健也如约而至地走进了寻常百姓家,人们也从对于疾病的关注,转为对疾病的预防,"未病先防"是"上工"对于医术的追求,更是患者对于疾病预防的迫切需求。本文从高血压病、糖尿病、冠心病、肿瘤、肥胖等临床常见病入手,分析以上疾病与体质的关系,通过对大量文献检索,发现痰湿质、血瘀质、气虚质、阳虚质对以上疾病的发生具有较大的影响,临床上对于诊治高血压病、糖尿病、冠心病、肿瘤、肥胖等疾病,应充分考虑其体质因素。Along with the advance of social development,human for the pursuit of health increasingly intense, health care and also came into the ordinary people,and people from the attention to the disease,also changed to disease prevention,"not disease prevention first"is the pursuit of "work"for medical skill,but also the urgent need of patients for disease prevention.From hypertension,diabetes,coronary heart disease,cancer,obesity and other clinical common disease,this article analyses the above diseases and physical relationship,by a large number of literature search,found the phlegm wet mass,blood stasis,qi deficiency,Yang deficiency of epicuticular above the happening of the disease has a great influence,clinically for the treatment of hypertension,diabetes,coronary heart disease,cancer, obesity and other diseases,should fully consider its physical factors.
