探讨睫状体冷冻术治疗晚期新生血管性青光眼的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨和分析晚期新生血管性青光眼患者采用睫状体冷冻术治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年7月至2018年6月收治的晚期新生血管性青光眼64例,分为引流组和冷冻组各32例,观察和对比两组的临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,引流组患者平均眼压为(34.5±10.1)mmHg,冷冻组患者的平均眼压为(25.1±7.4)mmHg。冷冻组明显低于引流组且P<0.05。治疗成功率方面,引流组的治疗成功率为65.63%,冷冻组的治疗成功率为81.25%,冷冻组明显高于引流组且P<0.05。结论使用睫状体冷冻术对晚期新生血管性青光眼患者进行治疗,能够显著降低患者的眼压,疗效确定。Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effects of ciliary body cryotherapy in patients with advanced neovascular glaucoma.Methods 64 cases of advanced neovascular glaucoma admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to June 2018 were selected,divided into drainage group and cryotherapy group with 32 cases each,and the clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the average intraocular pressure of the drainage group was(34.5+10.1)mmHg,and that of the cryotherapy group was(25.1+7.4)mmHg.The cryotherapy group was significantly lower than that of the drainage group and P<0.05.In the treatment of success rate,the treatment success rate of the drainage group was 65.63%,that of the cryotherapy group was 81.25%,and that of the cryotherapy group was significantly higher than that of the drainage group and P<0.05.Conclusion The use of ciliary body cryotherapy for the treatment of patients with advanced neovascular glaucoma can significantly reduce the intraocular pressure and determine the curative effect.
