六味地黄丸联合多巴丝肼在帕金森自主神经障碍患者的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨六味地黄丸联合多巴丝肼在帕金森自主神经障碍患者的临床治疗效果研究,旨在为临床上更好的对帕金森自主神经障碍患者进行有效的治疗、控制其治疗效果提供依据。方法利用随机数字表法将上述研究对象分为实验组和对照组,其中实验组患者给与六味地黄丸(口服,6g(30粒)/次,2次/天,分早晚服用)联合多巴丝肼(口服、建议初始用药剂量为1次125mg、1天2次,持续用药7天后将用药剂量增加1天125mg;)进行治疗,对照组患者给与多巴丝肼进行治疗,干预相同时间后,观察两组研究对象的治疗效果。结果实验组和对照组患者在治疗前其UPDRS分值比较无差异,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,实验组与对照组患者UPDRS分值均降低,其中实验组组患者的降低幅度较大,两组之间比较有差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论六味地黄丸联合多巴丝肼在帕金森自主神经障碍患者中应用效果显著,临床上值得广泛推广使用。Objective To investigate the application of Liuwei Dihuang Pill combined with dopasine in patients with Parkinson’s autonomic dysfunction, in order to provide a basis for clinical treatment of patients with Parkinson’s autonomic dysfunction. Methods The above subjects were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method. The experimental group was given Liuwei Dihuang Pill(oral, 6 g(30 capsules)/time, 2 times/day, divided into morning and evening) combined with dopasine(oral, recommended initial dose of 125 mg once a day, 2 times a day, 7 days after continuous use of the drug will increase the dose of 125 mg a day;) for treatment, the control group of patients treated with dopasine, the same intervention after the time, the therapeutic effects of the two groups of subjects were observed. Results There was no difference in the UPDRS scores between the experimental group and the control group before treatment. The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). After treatment, the UPDRS scores of the experimental group and the control group were decreased, and the patients in the experimental group were reduced. The range was larger, and there were differences between the two groups. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Liuwei Dihuang Pill combined with dopas-salt has a significant effect in patients with Parkinson’s autonomic dysfunction, and it is worthy of widespread use in clinical practice.
