摘　　要：中医学认为肾虚喘者调补肾精可一定程度上改善哮喘、机体发育迟缓等疾病。现代研究发现,呼吸系统疾病的患者大多有维生素D缺乏。维生素D是人体必需的一种脂溶性维生素,除能调节钙、磷平衡外,对呼吸、生殖及内分泌系统疾病均有一定的辅助疗效。前期研究表明,维生素D与肾藏精主纳气之间有可能存在一定的关联性,调节维生素D轴可以作为治疗肾虚不纳气的新思路。Traditional Chinese medicine believes that tonify kidney essence can improve asthma,body retardation and other dis- eases.Modern studies have revealed that most patients with respiratory diseases have vitamin D deficiency.Vitamin D is a fat - soluble vitamin essential to the body,in addition to regulating the balance of calcium and phosphorus,the respiratory,reproductive and endocrine system diseases are certain adjuvant effect.Preliminary studies have shown that there may be a definite correlation between vitamin D and kidney storing essence and governing breath,the regulation of vitamin D axis can be used as a new i- dea to treat kidney deficiency.
