陈静中医古脉法特色探析

摘　　要：探索陈静中医古脉法的来源及特色。陈静中医古脉法源于《伤寒杂病论》,推崇李时珍《濒湖脉学》,借鉴张太素《太素脉诀》,认为四诊中以脉诊为主,号脉辨证可确定主因,并可预知未病的发生。陈静脉法在寸口上的脏腑定位分布更细,诊脉首重心、肝、胃三脉,并在寸关尺的基础上精研发展人迎脉与气口脉,强调以阴阳五行为纲以辨脉。The origin and characteristics of CHEN Jing’s ancient TCM pulse diagnosis are preliminary studied and summarized in this paper.CHEN Jing’s ancient TCM pulse diagnosis originates from Shang Han Za Bing Lun.He praises Pin Hu Mai Xue written by LI Shi-zhen highly and uses Zhang Taisu’s Tai Su Mai Jue for reference.CHEN Jing thinks that pulse diagnosis must be the main one of the four diagnostic methods of TCM,syndrome differentiation by pulse diagnosis can confirm the main etiology and forecast desease.His way of pusle diagnosis distributes the viscera position thinner on Cunkou.He firstly pays attention to three pulses including heart,liver and stomach.Renying and Qikou pulses are detailedly studied and developed on basis of Cun,Guan and Chi pulses.Theories of yin-yang and five elements are stressed on and always used in pulse diagnosis.
