摘  要:通过设计单因素实验,系统考察顶空温度、加热时间、萃取时间及解吸时间对萃取效果的影响,确定固相微萃取法提取海绵中异味物质的最优萃取条件:顶空温度80℃下加热25 min,85μm CAR/PDMS萃取纤维头顶空萃取20 min,250℃解吸3 min。在最优萃取条件下,结合气相色谱-质谱联用技术定性分析,分离鉴定出5种异味成分,分别是:N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、苯酚、三乙烯二胺、异辛醇、异辛酸。In this paper,through the single-factor design,the influence of space solid extraction conditions on the analysis of the volatile odor components in polyurethane sponges were investigated The determined optimal extraction conditions obtained using CAR/PDMS extraction fiber heads were as follows:headspace temperature 80℃,heating time 25min,extraction time 20min,desorption temperature 250℃,desorption time 3min.Combined with GC-MS,five odor components,i.e.N, N-dimethylacetamide,phenol,triethylenediamine,isooctanol and isooctanoic acid,were detected under the optimum extraction conditions.
