摘　　要：To the Editor:A20-year-old unmarried young male was hospitalized for 1 week due to an unexpected finding of heart enlargement at his regular physical examination.His parents and two sisters presented no abnormal findings in electrocardiogram (ECG) and echocardiography (Echo)examinations.He had an uncle with unexplained sudden death at the age of 47 years.
