摘　　要：各民族在适应自然环境和从事生产生活实践中创造了丰富多彩的传统知识,移民使其传统生产生活方式发生变迁,千百年来形成的传统知识面临舍弃、失传、流失甚至丧失的风险.本文基于《生物多样性公约》框架下的传统知识分类体系,分析和探讨生态移民对生物多样性相关传统知识的影响,提出注重生态移民传统生物遗传资源的纵深管理、注重生态移民传统医药知识的政策支持、注重生态移民传统实用技术的传承、注重生态移民的传统文化保护、注重生态移民持有特色地理标志产品认证等建议,以期为推进生物多样性相关传统知识的保护和新时代生态文明建设中生物资源可持续利用提供参考和依据.Ethnic groups have created rich traditional knowledge adapting to the natural environment and engaging in production and livelihood practices.The migration changes traditional production and life style,and further causes the lose and even extint of traditional knowledge.Based on the classification system of traditional knowledge under the framework of the Convention on Biological Diversity,we analyze and discuss the impact of ecological migration on biodiversity-related traditional knowledge,and raises recommendations including emphasizing on the comprehensive management on unique biogenetic resources of ecological migration,emphasizing on providing policy supports on traditional medical knowledge,emphasizing on inheritance on traditional practical technology,emphasizing on protection of traditional culture and emphasizing on certification of geographical indication products held by ecological immigrants.It is helpful to provide reference and basis for promoting the protection of biodiversity-related traditional knowledge and the sustainable use of biological resources in the ecological civilization construction.
