摘  要:调节性树突状细胞(regulatory dendritic cells,DCreg)是树突状细胞(dendritic cells,DCs)亚群之一,具有抑制T细胞增殖、诱导调节性T细胞分化和支持肿瘤免疫耐受的功能。DCs的调节能力取决于它们的未成熟状态和不同的亚群,以及它所处的环境,可由免疫抑制因子、遗传操纵、某些致病刺激、免疫细胞或凋亡细胞的信号、组织或肿瘤微环境引起,因此DCs的致耐受性是一个复杂的环境信号与细胞内在机制的网络控制。对肿瘤环境中刺激DCs分化成DCreg的抑制/极化因子鉴定,有助于设计有效的肿瘤治疗疫苗和恢复DCreg功能,维持肿瘤患者的临床相关抗肿瘤免疫具有重要意义。Regulatory dendritic cells(DCreg)are one of the dendritic cell subsets,which can inhibit T cell proliferation,induce regulatory T cell differentiation and support tumor immune tolerance.The regulatory capacity of DCs depends on their immature state and different subgroups,as well as on the environment in which they are located.The regulatory capacity of DCs can be induced by immunosuppressive mediators,genetic manipulation,certain pathogenic stimuli,signals from immune cells or apoptotic cells,and tissue or tumor microenvironment.The tolerance of DCs is a complex environmental signal with cellular network control in the mechanism.The identification of inhibition/polarization factor of stimulating DCs differentiation into DCreg in tumor environment is of great significance in designing effective tumor treatment vaccine and restoring DCreg function and maintaining the antitumor immunity of tumor patients.
