摘 要:根据国家的发展需要,北京外国语大学(以下简称"北外")制定并实施了《北外国际化战略人才培养计划》。在这一培养计划的框架下,许多外语院系组织开展了"拔尖创新人才战略班"项目。这一项目为本科阶段外语专业拔尖创新人才提供了特殊的培养路径,为他们打造了一个全新的学习与发展平台。本文跟踪研究该项目非英语专业外语院系的实施情况,肯定了已取得的成绩,并反思出现的问题,提出了以"长学制(本硕连读)+跨学科(双语+X专业)"的培养模式优化现行的培养方案,期望能为我国非英语专业外语拔尖创新人才的培养提供实践模式与启示。According to China's needs for national development,in recent years,Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU)formulated.and implemented the Training Program.for Global Strategic Talents (at the undergraduate level).Within the framework of this program,many foreign language departments carded out the project named "Strategic class for developing top innovative talents".The project provides special training for top creative talents who major in foreign languages.It serves as a new p!atform for the learning and personal development of outstanding students.This paper carried out a longitudinal study on the implementation of this project in non-English foreign language departments.The study reveals the achievements of the program and reflects on problems that occured.We propose to imProve the current program with the training model of "long-term study (from bachelor's to master's level)+interdisciplinary study(studying two languages plus another discipline)". This case study has practical implications for developing top creative talents among non-English foreign language majors in China.
