摘　　要：冰雪产业是黑龙江省高校冰雪运动发展体系中的短板,在2022北京冬奥会申办成功以及"冰雪运动进校园"战略决策全面实施的背景下,充分发挥自身的资源优势,加强对黑龙江省高校冰雪产业发展思路的探索,具有重要的现实意义。鉴于黑龙江省高校冰雪场馆资源的利用现状,对构建黑龙江省高校冰雪场馆区域联盟运营模式的重要意义进行解读,对相关的构建途径进行探讨,旨在为提高黑龙江省高校冰雪场馆的运营效益,推动黑龙江省高校冰雪产业的发展,提供必要的理论依据。Ice-snow industry is a short plate of the winter sports development system in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province. With the success in bidding for Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics and the comprehensive implementation of"draw the winter sports into campus"strategic decision,it has important practical significance to give full play to own resource advantage and to further think how to develop the ice-snow industry in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province. According to the current utilization of ice-snow venues’ resources in colleges and universities in the province,the paper discusses the important significance of developing the regional alliance operation mode and the related ways. The purpose is to provide a necessary theoretical reference for improving the ice-snow venues’ operating efficiency and advancing the development of ice-snow industry in the colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province.
