摘  要:在清末新政实施之初,新式教育仅是浙江巡抚诸多新政项目中的一种,是地方政府的"洋务"活动。在这一时期,浙江巡抚对新式教育有着至关重要的影响力。随着科举的停废,清政府设立提学使,于是,浙江建立了以提学使为中心的教育机关,浙江士绅也组织起浙江教育总会。这些专业性教育机构的建立,在一定程度上削弱了浙江巡抚对新式教育的影响力,也对浙江新式教育的发展起到了重要的推动作用。这一教育行政的转变过程正是新式教育从边缘走向中心、浙江教育由传统向近代转型的体现。In the beginning of Late Qing Dynasty,new type schooling education was one of the many New Deal programs,which was local government’s"Westernization"campaign. During this period,the governor of Zhejiang has a crucial influence on the new education. The Qing government established Qing commissioner of education when Imperial Examination System was abolished. So Zhejiang government established Qing commissioner of education as the center of educational institutions. Meanwhile,Zhejiang gentry also organize Zhejiang Education Association. The establishment of these specialized educational institutions has played a promoting important role on the development of Zhejiang modern education. And it also weakened the governor of Zhejiang on the new education influence by certain extent. The procession of changes on the new education administration reflects that the Zhejiang new education had been transferred from the edge to the center and from the traditional to the modern.
