摘　　要：目的研究对比两种唇侧矫治器,即金属和陶瓷,对患者口腔健康相关生活质量的影响。方法随机选取于四川大学华西口腔医院就诊的正畸病人进行问卷调查,分为金属组、陶瓷组。结果共133份有效问卷,其中金属组78份、陶瓷组55份。主要结果如下:(1)口腔健康影响程度量表中,陶瓷组在总分以及进食、日常工作、生活等方面高于金属组且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)牙科审美社会心理影响量表中,陶瓷组在"牙齿自信"以及"审美态度"两部分分数高于金属组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论托槽材料对患者的生活质量有影响。陶瓷组病人在进食、说话、日常工作和生活中表现出更多的不满意。同时,陶瓷组病人对自身牙齿的不美观表现出更多的不自信。Objective To compare the treatment impact on OHRQoL between metal and ceramic orthodontic appliances. Methods The participants in our study were recruited from the Department of Orthodontics, West China Hospital of Stomatology, Sichuan University. All the patients were divided into two groups: metal and ceramic. They were asked to finish the questionnaire individually. Results We got 133 questionnaires in all. And the main results for the questionnaire were listed as follows:(1)AS for the results of OHIP-14, the ceramic group shows higher scores than the metal group in eating, daily life, daily work and the total score of the questionnaire with statistically significant difference.(2)As for the results of PIDAQ, the ceramic group shows higher scores in the "Dental Self Confidence" and "Aesthetic Concern" with statistically significant difference. Conclusion Brackets with different materials do have influence on patients’ oral health related quality of life. Patients with ceramic brackets complain more than the patients with metal brackets in eating, daily life and daily work. Patients with ceramic brackets have less confidence in their teeth and aesthetics than the patients with metal brackets.
