摘  要:目的观察丹参酮抑制实验性牙周炎牙槽骨吸收的作用。方法选取3月龄雄性SD大鼠,随机分为5组,正常组(A组)、实验性牙周炎组(B组)、实验性牙周炎局部治疗组(C组)、实验性牙周炎丹参酮治疗组(D组)、实验性牙周炎局部+丹参酮治疗组(E组)。建立牙周炎模型4周后,进行相应的治疗8周,进行临床检查,处死大鼠,光镜观察牙周组织变化,免疫组化检测牙周组织中OPG、RANKL的变化。结果丹参酮治疗后能够明显改善牙周炎大鼠牙槽骨的吸收状况,升高OPG,降低RANKL,很好的治疗实验性牙周炎。结论丹参酮对实验性牙周炎有治疗效果,并且能够改善牙周组织中的骨调节因子,减少骨吸收,促进骨新生。Objective To observe the inhibitory effect of Tanshinone on alveolar bone resorption in experimental periodontitis.Methods 3month old male SD rats were randomly divided into 5groups,the normal group (group A),the experimental periodontitis group (group B),the experimental periodontitis local treatment group (group C),the experimental periodontitis tanshinone treatment group (group D),the experimental periodontitis local +tanshinone treatment group (Group E).4weeks later the establishment of periodontitis model,the corresponding treatment was carried out for 8weeks,the clinical examination was carried out,the rats were executed,the changes of the periodontal tissue were observed by light microscope,and the changes of OPG and RANKL in the periodontium were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results Tanshinone can obviously improve the alveolar bone resorption of periodontitis rats, increase OPG,and reduce RANKL,which is a good treatment for experimental periodontitis.Conclusion Tanshinone has therapeutic effect on experimental periodontitis,and can improve bone regulatory factors in periodontal tissue,reduce bone resorption and promote bone regeneration.
