ICU护理不良事件与护士职业倦怠、心理弹性的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨ICU护理不良事件与心理弹性、职业倦怠感之间的相关性。方法采用一般情况表、职业倦怠量表及心理弹性量表对109名ICU护士进行问卷调查,并对结果进行相关性分析。结果护理不良事件与情感耗竭维度(r=0.587,P<0.01)及去人格化维度(r=0.473,P<0.05)呈正相关;与心理弹性总分无显著相关性,与坚韧性呈负相关(r=-0.301,P<0.05)。结论关注ICU护理人员职业倦怠有助于预防护理不良事件发生,建议进一步探索心理弹性的作用。Objective To investigate the correlation between ICU nursing adverse events and nurse burnout and resilience.Methods 109 cases were included in this study.Data were collected through survey questionnaire,including the self-designed questionnaire,the MBI-Human Services Survey (MBI-HSS)and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale for statistical analysis.Results The nursing adverse events were positively correlated with the emotional exhaustion (r=0.587,P <0.01)and the depersonalization (r=0.473,P <0.05). There was no correlation with the resilience,but it was negatively correlated with the toughness (r=-0.301,P <0.05).Conclusion Focusing on burnout of nurses among ICU helps prevent nursing adverse events.The role of resilience needs to be further studied.
