陈莹运用“更年宁”治疗经断前后诸证经验

摘　　要：经断前后诸证是指妇女绝经前后,围绕月经紊乱或绝经出现的一系列症状。导师陈莹教授认为该病以肾虚为致病之本,与肝脾功能失调密切相关,同时因虚致瘀。治疗当以补肾为主,养肝健脾为辅,佐以活血化瘀,陈莹教授自拟方药"更年宁"治疗,临床疗效颇佳。文章从该病的病因病机、治疗原则进行分析,对陈莹教授多年临床经验结合病案加以论述。Before and after menstruation,the syndromes refer to a series of symptoms that occur around menopause, around menstrual disorders or menopause.Professor CHEN Ying believes that the disease is caused by kidney deficiency,which is closely related to liver and spleen dysfunction.At the time of treatment,the kidney was mainly used, supplemented by liver and spleen,supplemented with activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis,and self-made prescription medicine was added to the treatment of the treatment.The clinical curative effect was quite good. This article analyzes the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment principles of the disease,and discusses it in combination with medical records.
