摘  要:目的在膀胱癌患者中应用图像引导放疗技术为膀胱癌放射治疗提供靶区体积及边界变化规律,减小摆位误差。方法利用西门子大孔径CT Vision系统观察正常器官变化情况,对膀胱癌放射治疗前后的体积和位移变化差异程度进行规律性研究,从而判断其对治疗靶区和PTV的影响。结果患者在治疗前后膀胱体积变化有显著性差异(P <0. 05),实际治疗体积平均值与模拟定位体积调整范围为16. 5%~45. 7%.结论 PTV的外扩边界在三维方向分别是前后2. 210cm,上下1. 226cm,左右0.526cm。Objective To provide the target volume and boundary variation for radiotherapy in patients with bladder cancer by using Image-guided radiotherapy and to reduce the error of pendulum.Methods The changes of normal organs were observed by siemens macro-aperture CT Vision system,and the difference between volume and displacement of bladder cancer before and after radiotherapy was studied regularly to determine its effect on the target area and PTV.Results There was a significant difference in bladder volume before and after treatment (P <0.05).The actual volume of the treatment volume and the simulated positioning volume adjustment range of 16.5% to 45. 7%.Conclusion PTV outside the expansion of the boundary in the three-dimensional direction is before and after 2.210 cm,up and down 1. 226cm,about 0.526cm.
