摘　　要：亚洲各国及地区多为以国家(地区)医疗保险为主导的医疗体系。为了降低医药费用,促进仿制药品的使用一直是亚洲各国(地区)备受关注的话题。本文描述了亚洲六个国家及地区仿制药品的使用情况。作者对这些国家及地区的仿制药品的政策进行了相应点评,为仿制药品在中国大陆的使用提供有益信息和帮助。Public medical care insurance is the leading system in Asia. To reduce the pressure from increasing costing, promoting generic drug uses has been a hot policy topic. This paper describes generic drug use in 6 countries/area in Asia. Authors of this paper also comment on the policy aspect with the hope to provide valuable information to China in the efforts of promoting generic use in China.
