摘　　要：国内定制家居市场正不断从板式家具向实木家具领域延伸,企业只有采取全面的柔性化生产才能够满足巨大实木家具市场的个性化需求,而标准化是柔性化生产的前提条件,标准化产品设计又是决定企业整体标准化水平的关键因素,对实木家具企业能否实现柔性化生产起着至关重要的作用。本文首先对实木家具的生产现状进行调研,讨论了目前实木家具产品设计标准化在面对柔性化生产时存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了进行家具产品设计标准化的几个途径,最后总结了标准化设计在企业的实施时的注意事项。The domestic customized furniture market is constantly extending from panel furniture to solid wood furniture.The demands of huge market can be satisfied only by implementing the flexible production in all round.Standardized production design is the prerequisite for flexible production,the crucial factor deciding overall standardization level of enterprise,and is of great significance to flexible production for solid wood furniture.This paper firstly investigates the production status of solid wood furniture as well as discusses the problems existing in the current design standardization of solid wood furniture products in the face of flexible production.Then Several ways to carry out standardization in furniture product design are put forward.Finally notes for standardized design in the enterprise's implementation is summarized.
