摘　　要：高等教育自学考试应当主动适应农村教育的多层次、多元化需求,积极参与培养"有文化、懂技术、善经营"的高素质农村人才。尽管山东省自学考试成绩斐然,但农村自学考试工作仍是自学考试发展的薄弱环节。针对当前山东省自学考试向农村延伸发展的困境,提出加大宣传、优化专业和课程体系设置、改革考试内容、开展助学辅导、健全激励机制等对策。It is essential thatas an important part of China's education system,the self-study higher education examinationshould actively adapt to the demands of multi-level and multi-form in rural areas.Similarly,it should take part in the training program of "highly educated,skilled,and good at management".Although Shandong province self-study exam has made huge success,therural self- examination work is the weak link in the development of self-examination.The paper tries to analyze several factors,which might lead to developmental dilemma faced by Shandong Province's rural selfstudy examination.Finally,it proposes some countermeasuresto increase publicity,optimize specialty and curriculum system,reform examination content,carry out student counseling,and improve the incentive mechanism.
