基于熵权与模糊综合评价模型的城市交通运行效率测度——以南京市为例

摘　　要：为测度城市交通运行效率并探寻提升效率的有效途径,构建了基于熵权的城市交通运行效率的模糊综合评价模型,从城市空间结构、城市居民出行结构、城市交通基础设施水平和城市交通管理水平4个层面选择了城市人口密度等14个具体指标构建了城市交通运行效率评价体系,并对南京市2011—2015年的城市交通运行效率进行了测度与分析评价.研究结果表明:2011—2015年南京市的城市交通运行效率值分别为0.3131、0.3017、0.4203、0.5265和0.7214,整体呈现逐年上升的趋势;其中2011—2013年南京的城市交通运行效率较低,2014年为中等水平,2015年达到较高水平;要提升南京城市交通运行效率,可以从影响效率的关键性因素指标入手以取得较为显著的成效,包括加强道路网密度、提高居民公交出行比例、增加交通信号控制系统覆盖率、降低交叉口阻塞率和缩短事故后交通恢复时间等.In order to measure the urban transportation efficiency and seek for effective approaches to promote the transportation efficiency,the fuzzy synthetic evaluation model based on entropy method was constructed.The evaluation index system consists of 14concrete indexes from 4aspects--urban space structure,urban inhabitants'trip structure,urban traffic infrastructure level and urban transport management level.And the urban transportation efficiency of Nanjing city between years of 2011to 2015was measured.The result shows the following:the urban transportation efficiency of Nanjing city between years of 2011to 2015 is in rising trend on the whole,and the efficiency value are separately 0.3131,.0.3017,0.4203, 0.5265and 0.7214;the urban transportation efficiency of Nanjing city between years of 2011 to 2013is relatively poor,which is medium in 2014and higher in 2015;in order to improve the urban transportation efficiency of Nanjing city,the effective measures can be taken from the key influence factors which include reinforcing density of road network,improving the proportion of inhabitant's bus trip,increasing the coverage rate of traffic signal control sys- tem,reducing the blocking rate of road intersections,shortening the recovery time after traffic accident and so on.
