摘　　要：深入研究微博突发事件负面舆情信息传播规则,掌握微博突发事件舆情应对方法,成为维护社会稳定和政府执政安全的重要议题.首先,基于生命周期理论对微博突发事件负面舆情信息的传播阶段进行了定性分析,从而为分辨突发事件网络舆情的传播阶段提供依据;然后,通过假设模型,得出网络知情人数和时间有连续可微关系,建立连续可微方程,由此建立了微博突发事件负面舆情信息的传播模型;最后,以“杭州保姆纵火案”为例,从定性与定量双重维度对观点进行了实例验证,并提出了面向微博突发事件负面舆情传播各个阶段的治理对策.In depth study of the micro-blog negative public opinion information dissemination rules,master the emergency response to micro-blog public opinion,become an important issue to maintain social stability and government security.First,propagation phase of the life cycle theory of micro-blog emergency negative public opinion information based on a qualitative analysis,which provides a basis for the propagation phase resolution of emergency network public opinion;then,by assuming that the network model,to know the number and time of continuous differentiable relationship,establish differential equations,continuous propagation model,thus micro-blog incident the negative public opinion information is established;finally,in "Hangzhou nanny arson"as an example,from the qualitative and quantitative dimensions were verified on this point of view,and puts forward countermea- sures for each stage of the micro-blog incident negative public opinion dissemination.
