摘　　要：互联网+时代的到来给传统的教育模式带来了变革契机,高职院校的心理健康教育也应紧跟时代步伐,充分运用新媒体技术、网络技术以及大数据共享资源平台挖掘心育资源、创新心育形式、拓展心育途径。本文主要以某高职院校在互联网+背景下心育模式的改革与探索为基础,探讨如何在互联网+背景下开展"线上心育"和"线下心育"有机结合的新模式,以构建符合时代特色与要求的高职心育新模式。The arrival of the Internet+era has brought about an opportunity for change in the traditional education model.The mental health education of higher vocational colleges should also keep pace with the times,and fully utilize new media technologies,network technologies and big data sharing resources platforms to mine resources,Innovate the form of mental education and expand the way of mental education.This paper is based on the reform and exploration of a higher vocational college in the context of Internet +background,and explores how to develop a new model of"online education"and "offline education" in the context of Internet + to build a new model of higher vocational education that meets the characteristics and requirements of the times.
