摘　　要：PET/CT和PET/MRI是多模态分子影像学检查技术,分别整合了正电子发射体层显像与CT和MRI成像技术,已广泛应用于妇科肿瘤临床诊断中。本文阐述了PET/CT和PET/MRI在宫颈癌患者诊断分期、临床决策、疗效评估及复发评估中的临床应用,并对目前相关循证医学证据进行综述。As a multi-modal molecular imaging examination technique,PET/CT and PET/MRI have integrated positron emission tomography and CT/MRI imaging techniques,which have been widely used in the clinical diagnosis of gynecologic tumor.This review describes the imaging mechanism,as well as the clinical application of PET/CT and PET/MRI in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer,and reviews the relevant evidence-based medical evidence.
