摘  要:建立了用单颗粒-电感耦合等离子质谱法(SP-ICP-MS)测定食品中纳米二氧化钛粒度分布、数量浓度的方法。采用20%强碱四甲基氢氧化铵(TMAH)处理样品后,用单颗粒-电感耦合等离子质谱法(SP-ICP-MS)测定样液中纳米二氧化钛粒度分布、数量浓度和溶解钛离子含量。试验结果:本方法测定食品中纳米二氧化钛颗粒粒度检出限为45nm,样液中纳米二氧化钛浓度检出限约为8.3×105个/L,溶解钛离子检出限为0.2 ng/mL;添加纳米二氧化钛和钛离子的回收率分别约为109%和91.3%,并获得相近的纳米二氧化钛粒径分布。A single particle inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometric(SP-ICP-MS)method was established to detect the size distribution and number concentrations of Titanium Dioxide Nanooarticle in foods. The organic base 20% TMAH was used to digest samples and liberate ENPs from samples,and then Size distribution and number concentration and titanium ionic concentration of Sample solution were determined using SP-ICP-MS. Test result:The particle size detection limit is 45 nm ,The limit of number concentration is 8.3×10^5 particles/L in sample solution and detection limit of titanium ionic concentration is 0.2 ng/mL in Sample solution.The sample added with Titanium Dioxide nanoparticle and titanium ionic were tested to obtain a similar size distribution and the recovery rate about 109% and 91.3%.
