蛋氨酸锌对辽宁绒山羊血清抗氧化指标和肢蹄病相关指标的影响

摘　　要：选择15只健康(未发生肢体病)舍饲辽宁绒山羊母羊,随机分成5组,其中1组为对照组,2组至5组为试验组,各组每只羊依次补饲蛋氨酸锌0、342.9、514.3、685.7、857.1 mg/d(折算为锌分别是0、60、80、120、150 mg/d)。饲养60 d后,采集静脉血样测定代谢指标、抗氧化指标和骨关节损伤生物学标志物。结果表明,随着蛋氨酸锌补饲量的增加,血清INS和GC含量均呈现降低趋势,其中4、5组的胰高血糖素显著(P<0.05)低于1组,血糖含量呈增加趋势,其中3、4、5组显著(P<0.05)高于1组;血清UA含量呈降低趋势,其中4、5组显著(P<0.05)低于前3组,血清UREA含量呈增加趋势,其中3、4、5组显著(P<0.05)高于1组和2组。血清GSH-PX、SOD、CAT、GSSG活性呈增加趋势,其中4组GSH-PX、GSSG显著(P<0.05)高于1组,4组和5组的SOD和CAT活性显著(P<0.05)高于1组;血清MDA含量呈降低趋势。血清COMP、CTX-Ⅱ和PⅡANP含量都呈降低趋势,但均差异不显著(P>0.05),其中试验5组水平最低。结论:在舍饲健康辽宁绒山羊日粮中添加120～150 mg/d蛋氨酸锌提高了机体抗氧化能力,对于维护骨关节的健康和预防肢蹄病的发生有较好作用。Fifteen Liaoning Cashmere ewes were randomly divided into five groups,and the first group was the control ,the 2nd to 5th were fed with Zn-Met 0mg/d,342.9mg/d,514.3mg/d,685.7 mg/d and 857.1 mg/d(Converted into zinc means 0mg/d,60mg/d,80mg/d,120mg/d,150mg/d).All ewes were feed 60 days and determinated serum inditators about glucose and nitrogen metabolic, antioxidant stressenzymes,biological markers of bone and jont injuries.The results showed that with increasing of Zn-Me,Serum INS and PG were decreasing,and they were significantly(P<0.05) lower in group 4 and 5(120mg/d-150mg/d)than the control;serum Glucose was increasing,and it was significantly(P<0.05)higher in group 3,4 and 5 than the control.And serum UA was decreasing and it was lower in group 4 and 5 than the others.Activity of GSH-PX,SOD,CAT,GSSG were all increasing and MDA was decreasing,GSH-PX and GSSG in group 4 were significantly(P<0.05) higher than the control,SOD and CAT in group 4 and 5 were significantly(P<0.05)higher than the control.Serum COMP,CTX-Ⅱ and P Ⅱ ANP were all decreasing,but there was no significant(P<0.05) diffrrence among groups,and they were the lowest in group 5.So it was concluded that feeding the ewes with Zn-Met could improve activity of antioxidant stress,protect bone and jont and prevent limp hoof diseas when Liaoning Cashmere Goat fed in house,and the best level was 120-150 mg/d.
