摘　　要：基于1631份青年创业企业调查数据,从人口学统计特征、能力素质、创业环境、创业阶段等方面选取13个变量,构建实证模型分析影响企业成长绩效的主要因素,并探讨不同创业阶段下影响企业成长绩效的因素差异。结果表明:北京地区的青年创业企业成长绩效表现良好,但增长缓慢,还存在较大提升空间;出生年代、身体素质、创业能力、融资能力、市场竞争、创业环境满意度、创业政策满意度等都对北京地区的青年创业企业成长绩效存在显著影响,但受企业所处的创业阶段影响,各因素对企业成长绩效的作用程度和方向存在明显差异。研究结论既丰富了创业企业成长绩效影响因素的研究,也为分阶段制定差异化创业扶持政策、促进青年创业企业健康成长提供了依据。The paper based on the survey data of 1631 young entrepreneurs in Beijing area,using the two-element logistic regression model,the article used 13 variables from the aspects of demographic characteristics,ability quality, entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial stage to explore the influencing factors of growth performance of youth venture enterprises,and discuss the difference of influencing factors in different stages of entrepreneurship.The results show that:the growth performance of Beijing youth entrepreneurial enterprises is good,but the growth rate is slow,and the promotion space is relatively large;the generation,physical qualities,entrepreneurial ability,financing ability,market competition,satisfaction of entrepreneurship environment and entrepreneurship policies,and entrepreneurial stage all affect the growth performance of youth venture enterprises.However,due to the entrepreneurial stage,there are obvious differences in the degree and direction of each factor on the growth performance of enterprises.The conclusions enrich the research on the influencing factors of the growth performance of venture enterprises,and also provide a basis for developing differentiated entrepreneurial support policies in stages and promoting the healthy growth of young venture enterprises.
