摘 要:目的探讨锥形束CT(CBCT)在定位及牵引埋伏中切牙中的临床应用价值。方法有完整病史资料的32例36颗埋伏中切牙患者的CBCT影像,利用CBCT三维重建、矢状位、冠状位及轴位断层进行分析、观察埋伏中切牙的形态、位置、牙根弯曲情况及对牙列的影响,并对其进行牵引治疗。结果CBCT能清晰显示埋伏牙的大小、位置、与邻近组织的关系等,治疗的成功率与埋伏牙的位置及牙齿形态有关。结论CBCT扫描能够全面地提供埋伏牙的影像信息,有利于治疗方案的制定与实施。Objective To investigate the clinical value of CBCT positioning and traction of impacted central incisors.Methods The complete clinical data of 36teeth of 32patients with impacted incisor CBCT images using CBCT 3D reconstruction,sagittal,coronal and axial fault were analyzed,and the shape and location of the impacted incisor,root bending and the dentition and influence were observed.Traction treatment of the disease was performed.Results CBCT could clearly show the size and location of the impacted teeth and the relationship with the adjacent tissues.The success rate of the treatment was related to the location of the impacted teeth and the morphology of the teeth.Conclusion CBCT scan can provide the imaging information of the embedded teeth comprehensively,which is beneficial to the formulation and implementation of the treatment plan.
