摘　　要：目的:引入9个条目的精神分裂症患者希望量表(SHS-9),并在精神分裂症患者中对其心理测量学特性进行检验。方法:在赤峰市安定医院和大庆市第三医院选取稳定期精神分裂症患者145例,通过经典测量理论对量表条目进行评价;使用验证性因子分析检验量表结构效度;选用Herth希望量表(HHS)为效标考察效标效度。随机选取其中50例患者间隔2周进行重测。结果:量表9个条目得分与总分之间相关为0. 54～0. 79 (均P <0. 01)。量表单因素结构拟合指数良好(χ~2/df=2. 35,GFI=0. 91,RMSEA=0. 06,CFI=0. 96,NFI=0. 94,TLI=0. 92)。SHS-9得分和HHS各维度得分均呈正相关(r=0. 49～0. 64,均P <0. 01)。量表的内部一致性Cronbachα系数为0. 87;重测信度ICC为0. 92,Bland-Altman分析显示,仅2%(1/50)的数据位于一致性界限外。结论:精神分裂症患者希望量表中文版具有良好的心理测量学特性,可作为评价精神分裂症患者希望水平的工具。Objective: To evaluate the psychometric properties of the 9 items Chinese version of the Schizophrenia Hope Scale( SHS-9) in patients with schizophrenia. Methods: A total of 145 patients with stable schizophrenia in Anding Hospital of Chifeng and Daqing Third Hospital were enrolled. The scale items were evaluated by using classical test theory. The confirmatory factor analysis was used to test the structural validity of the scale. The Herth Hope Scale( HHS) were used as criterions to test criterion validity. Fifty patients were selected randomly to retest at intervals of two weeks. Results: The scores of the 9 items were positively correlated with the total scores( r = 0. 54-0. 79,Ps < 0. 01). The SHS-9 had one factor with good fit indices( χ~2/df = 2. 35,GFI = 0. 91,RMSEA= 0. 06,CFI = 0. 96,NFI = 0. 94,TLI = 0. 92). The SHS-9 scores were positively correlated with the scores of three sub-scales of HHS( r = 0. 49-0. 64,Ps < 0. 01). The internal consistency Cronbach α was 0. 87,the retest reliability ICC was 0. 92,and Bland-Altman analysis showed that only 2%( 1/50) of the data beyond the limits of agreement. Conclusion: The Chinese version of the Schizophrenia Hope Scale has good psychometric properties,which could be used as a tool to evaluate the level of hope in patients with schizophrenia.
