EBP50和EGFR在食管癌中的表达和临床意义

摘　　要：为了探讨抑癌基因磷酸化蛋白(EBP50)和表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)在食管癌中的表达及临床预后关系,本研究采用免疫组化方法检测66例食管癌及癌旁组织中EBP50和EGFR蛋白的表达。研究发现,EBP50在食管癌组织中的表达低于癌旁正常食管组织(p<0.05);EGFR在食管癌中的表达较癌旁正常食管组织上调(p>0.05);EGFR高表达和EBP50低表达与食管鳞癌的大小、浸润、分期及淋巴结转移密切相关(p<0.05);食管癌组织中EBP50与EGFR的蛋白表达呈负相关(r=0.969,p<0.05),而联合EBP50低表达、EGFR高表达的患者存在比较差的预后(p<0.05)。本研究表明,EBP50蛋白的低表达和EGFR蛋白的高表达可能参与了食管癌的发展、侵袭和转移的过程,可作为预测食管癌预后的重要指标。To investigate the expressions and clinical prognosis relation of ERM-binding phosphoprotein-50 (EBP50) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in esophageal carcinoma, this study detected the protein expessions of EBP50 and EGFR in 66 cases of esophageal carcinoma and para-carcinoma tissue by immunohistochemical technique. We found that the expression rate of EBP50 in esophageal carcinoma tissue was significantly lower than that in para-carcinoma tissues (p<0.05); The expression rate of EGFR in the esophageal carcinoma tissue was significantly higher than that in para-carcinoma tissue (p<0.05); The low expression of EBP50 and high expression of EGFR were significantly correlated with tumor size, local invasion, TNM stages, and lymph node metastasis (p<0.05); The expression of EBP50 were negatively related with EGFR in the esophageal carcinoma (r=0.969, p<0.05) and the patients with lower expression EBP50 and higher expression EGFR had worse prognosis (p<0.05). These results indicated that the low expression of EBP50 and the high expression of EGFR protein might be involved in development, invasion and transfer of esophageal carcinoma. They could be used for predicting the prognosis of esophageal carcinoma.
