摘 要:研究对象是一种用于电缆绝缘处理的智能数控机床,系统测量误差大小是衡量机床性能的核心技术指标。通过对Solid Works建立的机床关键部件三维模型进行有限元分析和建立系统测量误差数学模型,完成对机床的可靠性论证。首先,分析各方向形变位移云图和等效应力分布云图,得出关键部件的形变值远远小于机床技术指标规定误差值,最大等效应力值满足材料强度要求;然后,分析测量几何关系,建立系统测量误差数学模型,通过MATLAB软件,得出各关键因素与测量误差的关系。通过有限元分析和数学模型分析,证明所设计的数控机床满足技术要求,并且研究结果对机床的设计具有指导意义。The research object of this paper is a kind of numerical control machine for cable insulation treatment.The system measurement error is the core technical index to measure the performance of the machine.Through the finite element analysis of the three-dimensional model of the key parts of the machine tool established by SolidWorks and the mathematical model of the measurement error of the system,the reliability demonstration of the machine tool is completed.First of all,analyzing the deformation displacement and equivalent stress distribution,find the deformation of the key components are far less than the specified machine technology index value,and the maximum equivalent stress satisfies the strength requirement of the material;then,the geometric relationship of measurement is analyzed and the mathematical model of system measurement error is established.The relationship between the key factors and measurement error is obtained by MATLAB.Through the finite element analysis and mathematical model analysis,it is proved that the designed numerical control machine can meet the technical requirements,and the research results have guiding significance for the design of machine tools.
